The beautiful Bay Run course follows the shore line of Iron Cove and is approximately 7 kilometres in length.
Runners are entered into the following age categories :
· Under 15 yrs
· 15-29 yrs
· 30-39 yrs
· 40-49 yrs
· 50+ yrs
While fastest times for each of the above age categories will be announced and published, individual prizes are not awarded per age category in the 7 km run event. Instead, cash prizes are offered for the overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed female and male runners.
