The Course

The Bay Run course follows the shores of the beautiful Iron Cove and is approximately 7 kilometres in length.

The course continues to be improved for runners and walkers. In 2008, the bus lane over Iron Cove bridge will again be closed to traffic. This removes the complication of stairs from the course and helps make the run smoother and safer for everyone involved.
